7 new townhouses are under construction by the intersection of Palm Ave and Main St in Alhambra.

Developer, GE Plaza LLC, has broken ground on the 7 units Spanish townhomes.  The townhomes range from 1200 – 1440 sqft and should be completed mid 2019.
