City Ventures are at it again this time adding 70 units south of the 10 Freeway at the corner of S. Fremont Ave and Carlos St.

This newest project will consist of a variety of 40 single family residents ranging from 1,885 – 3,600 square feet and 30 town home ranging from  1,252 – 2,027 square feet.

Homes were designed by William Hezmalhalch Architects Inc.
