On July 17, 2018, Richman Developments received the City Council approval for the Station Square South.
The development is adjacent to the Gold Line Monrovia Station, near the corner of Magnolia Ave and Duarte.

Designed by Architects Orange, Station Square South is a 5 story multi-family residential development with 296 units composed of studios, 1 Bedrooms, and 2 Bedrooms.
Residents will also be able to enjoy the a full list of amenities: pool, lounge, fitness room, bike barn, and greenhouse.  A seven level parking structure will constructed to accommodate 522 vehicles: 74 Guests, 384 Residents, and others.

The development also accommodates public usage with a 15,488 drop off zone, walking paths, and open space.
