The Richman Group and MJW Investments are soon to break ground on a mix-use development project in Duarte, CA.

The project is located on 1405-1437 Huntington Dr in Duarte, between Cotter Ave and Buena Vista St.  On September 18,2017 the planning commission unanimously approval of the mix-use project.

The ground floor will be comprised commercial space and  live-work with 161 residential apartments above.  Residential apartments will include studios, one-bedrooms, and 2-bedrooms.

The parking garage will be located within the center of the project to be “hidden” by the apartment building.

This is the first project that was submitted to the City of Duarte implementing the new Town Center Specific Plan.
