Terraces at Temple City has not broken ground yet.  Originally approved by Planning on Oct 16, 2016, Terraces at Temple City was anticipated to break ground in the fall of 2017.

The Terraces at Temple City is the first approved mixed-use project in Temple City.  The original design, based on MND report, was 5 stories building with  15,o00 square feet of commercial retail and 108,880 square feet of residential, 8 and 75 units respectively.

Since then the developers have reduce the commercial space by half and residential by 14 units.  The building will be 4 stories high with 1 floor commercial and 3 floors residential with parking underground.
