City of San Gabriel newest hotel and condominium project has begun vertical construction.

The project, located at the corner of Valley Boulevard and Del Mar Avenue, will be composed of 55,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, 87 residential condominiums, and 222 rooms.

This will be the third newest hotel built on valley blvd since 2000’s.
