The 22,500 square foot lot in El Monte will the future site of new mix-use development.   To create a design with over 8000 sqft of open space architects E2 Design plan calls for two separate buildings.  The development will consist of 13 townhomes,  17,790 square feet, and 1 retail space, 1500 square feet.  The three floor plans all are 2 bedroom units ranging from 1300-1450 square feet.
